"Best Experience Ever"

In 43 years, we have purchased 34 vehicles, and this was absolutely the best experience we've ever had. Uncommon courtesy and professionalism from Craig Nereim and Peter Liakakos, doesn't even begin to describe how superbly they handled the sale process. They destroyed all the stereotypes. We unconditionally recommend doing business with these folks. The dealership is 35 miles from where we live, and we're glad we made the trip.

"Douglas Jeep = Great Customer Service "

I recently purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland 4x4 from Douglas Jeep in Venice, FL and I could not be more pleased. Because the new Jeep Grand Cherokees are so popular and are selling so quickly, I was having a tough time finding the exact color combination/package I wanted where I live in Virginia. My family lives in Florida so I asked them to check around for the exact Jeep I was looking for - they found it sitting on the Douglas Jeep lot in Venice, FL. Ken Wells, a sales representative, was my first introduction to the Douglas Jeep dealership. Ken was so impressive not only because he was passionate about the new Jeep Grand Cherokee, but because he knew EVERYTHING there was to know about the vehicle. He was able to answer all of my questions and gladly answered frequent phone calls from me. I made the trip down to Venice and was initially disappointed because I did not qualify for some of the discounts that were listed on their website. Being the class act that they are, Ken Wells, the sales manager, and even the owner worked with me to make purchasing the vehicle possible. I am so grateful to all of them for their kindness and professionalism. I now have the perfect Jeep and I love it!

"Sales and Service"

I came in for service on my leased van. My lease was going to be up soon so I walked in and met Ken. He was very nice and no pressure. I gave him my info and I left. I got a call from Peter, the sales manager, seeing if there was anything he can do. I told him this will be the first time I bought a car from a dealership where I didn't know anyone. He was really nice and we shared some laughs so I set a time for my husband and I to come in.
Ken showed us a new van. I really felt that he and Peter went to work for me, getting us a good price and payment. When it wasn't working out for the new van they showed us a used van that was owned by the dealership owner. Liking it and the terms, we bought the van.
We had our three year old with us. Everyone was very nice and even played with her. I felt comfortable and I would recommend Douglas Jeep to anyone looking for a vehicle.

"The Total Package"
